Management Assistant
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Management Assistant who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and supporting both people and processes within the company. In this role, you will work closely with management and different teams to help coordinate daily office operations, administration, communication, and internal workflows.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to management and daily office operations.

Act as the main administrative contact between management, staff, vendors, and external service providers.

Maintain office documentation, payment records, bookkeeping files, and related administrative records.

Support basic HR administration, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, and leave tracking.

Manage calendars, meeting schedules, appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups for managers and teams.

Monitor and organize incoming emails and support timely communication and follow-ups.

Coordinate office supplies, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

Coordinate company events, meetings, internal communications, and workplace activities.

Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.

Support administrative tasks related to HR, visas, work permits, bookkeeping, and BOI matters when required.

Support improvements to office processes and administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Perform other administrative, coordination, and operational duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in administration, office coordination, or management support.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflows.

Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both spoken and written.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to solve problems independently.

Professional, friendly, and able to work well with others.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Fast learner with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.

Experience with HR administration, visa/work permit coordination, bookkeeping, or accounting administration is a plus.

Experience working with international companies or abroad is a plus.
