1. Go to the Master products list in Admin.
2. Click Create to start a new master product.

4. Save. Your master product now appears in the list and can be opened again any time to configure its details.
A master product is a master template of product you can configure once and use to quickly create products from, instead of setting each product up from scratch. Rather than re-entering the same name, pricing structure, description, editions, and dimensions every time you add a similar product, you set them up once on a master product and reuse that setup going forward.
Master products are shared across your whole tenant - set one up once and it's available to every company underneath it. While a master product itself is tenant-level, some of its fields reference company-level data. Such a field can hold a different value for each company simultaneously -- but the value displayed depends on which shop the master product is opened from: the system shows only the choice relevant to that shop's company. Switching to a different shop can therefore show a different value for the same field.
In this phase, Master products don't support digital or ticket-specific settings.
Permissions
To access the Master products feature, users are required to have "MasterProducts" role. Once permission is granted, the Master product will appear under the Product menu.
1. Go to the Master products list in Admin.
2. Click Create to start a new master product.
3. Fill in the master product Name.
4. Save. Your master product now appears in the list and can be opened again any time to configure its details.
Note: Titles and other multi-language fields don't have a fallback logic to another language the way product-level fields do. If you leave a language blank, it stays blank, so make sure to fill in every language you plan to use.
Configure a master template of your product editions with Master product editions.
