Application steps
The candidate begins by submitting their resume, which outlines their qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the position.
The recruitment team conducts an initial phone screening to assess the candidate's basic qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. This step helps in narrowing down the pool of applicants.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an in-person or virtual interview at the company's location. This interview typically involves a more in-depth discussion about the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the team.
Depending on the role, the candidate is given a practical task—either a coding challenge for programming roles or a graphic design test for design roles. This step evaluates their technical abilities and creativity in a real-world scenario.
