Dutch-speaking Customer Delivery Manager

At Colengo, we are looking for a commercially minded and highly communicative Dutch-speaking Customer Delivery Manager to coordinate customer delivery between our Dutch-speaking clients and our internal teams in Product Setup, Automation, Design and Client Success.

We help manufacturing companies move beyond traditional e-commerce systems with oneCORE, our product-focused e-commerce platform. Our clients often work with complex products, specific processes and high expectations, so clear communication, structure and ownership are essential.

As Dutch-speaking Customer Delivery Manager, you will keep customer delivery under control. You will translate client requests into clear internal actions, align priorities, manage realistic timelines and make sure customers always know where they stand. You will also speak directly with Dutch-speaking clients, understand their business needs and recognize commercial opportunities when they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main delivery contact for Dutch-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate work across Product Setup, Automation, Design and Client Success.
  • Translate client requests into clear delivery tasks with realistic timelines.
  • Align priorities with Client Success Managers and senior team members.
  • Manage customer expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Keep an overview of active work, risks, blockers and deadlines.
  • Communicate progress, delays and trade-offs clearly.
  • Challenge unclear requests, unrealistic deadlines or incomplete information.
  • Ensure completed work meets agreed customer requirements.
  • Recognize commercial signals and share opportunities internally.
  • Help improve delivery processes, documentation and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Native-level Dutch communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent understanding of Dutch business culture and client communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in client conversations.
  • Ability to manage expectations, ask the right questions and push back when needed.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Calm under pressure and able to bring structure to complex situations.
  • Experience in service delivery, project coordination, customer success, account management or sales support is a strong plus.
  • Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, manufacturing, automation or digital products is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp or similar tools is a plus.

Workplace

This is an on-site role based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We welcome Dutch-speaking candidates who already live in Thailand, as well as expats who are open to relocating.

For the right candidate, Colengo supports the relocation process, including work permit and visa support. Where applicable, we can also support visa arrangements for family members.

You will work closely with our international team in Chiang Mai and maintain regular communication with Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders.
