Office manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and support our management team. This role combines administrative tasks, basic HR support, and office coordination to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure the smooth running of the workplace.
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative support for management and staff.
- Organize and maintain office documentation, payment records, and bookkeeping files.
- Support basic HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding paperwork, and managing leave tracking.
- Manage calendars and meeting schedules for managers and teams, prioritizing and coordinating appointments and deadlines.
- Monitor and organize incoming emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment and liaise with external service providers.
- Experience in HR, visa and work permit processes, bookkeeping, or BOI-related tasks would be a plus.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 25–40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in basic HR or visa processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage.
