Software Test Manager

For our newly established Software Quality department, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. You’ll take the lead in setting up this new team and processes from scratch, ensuring that our product quality grows in line with the ambitions of our platform.

Experience in QA or software testing is a big plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to bring structure, lead a team, and think critically to spot potential issues before they arise.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and set up the new Software Quality team from the ground up
  • Organize and structure workflows to keep projects on track
  • Write test cases and oversee their execution
  • Think out of the box to identify potential risks and problems early
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure product quality
  • Champion best practices in testing and quality processes
  • Drive the same level of ambition and energy as the rest of the team

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in project management, ideally in software or technology environments
  • Experience with TestRail or similar QA tools (a plus)
  • Previous experience in QA or software testing (a plus, not required)
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to grow together with the team
