Administrative and Scheduling Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to help with various administrative and clerical tasks that support our management team and keep our office running smoothly. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for tasks like managing schedules, organizing office activities, and improving administrative processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from managers and employees
- Organizing, maintaining, and filing bookkeeping documentation, and payment records.
- Provide general support, information, and requests from the Management
- Assist with calendar management by scheduling tasks and prioritizing assignments for managers and team members.
- Maintain and organize emails
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory management when necessary.
- Support the organization of company events and meetings by preparing agendas.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Experience with Visa processing would be an advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 20-35 years old.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Proven working experience as an administrative assistant or related field
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail, instructions, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (very important)
