Product feed is a list of products with their essential information that can be used to distribute your product data to search engines, e-commerce platforms, social media sites, advertising platforms, etc. Complehensive, accurate and well-optimized could enhance product visibility, boost Ads performance and search engine ranking, and support informed buying decision.
oneCORE provides you with a feature to easily create and manage your product feeds. Our feature enables products, language and currency customization, so you can set up your feeds to most suit your target group. Besides, oneCORE allows you to choose a template of product feed which each contain different attibutes suitable for various platforms.
Let's explore step-by-step how to create your product feeds!
Permission
To access the Product feeds feature, users are required to have "ProductFeeds" role.
How to create product feeds
1. Navigate to Product feeds under Products menu.
2. Click "Add product feed"
3. Fill in neccessary fields to customize the display products and their data. Products which can display on the feed must have "Active" and "AccessibleURL" status.
Here’re the settings of each product feed:
1. Shopping feed type*:
1.1. Automatic: this option applies all products to your product feed automatically. (You can exclude specific products using the field in Step 7.)
1.2. Manual input: this option allows you to manually assign specific products to your product feed. (You can input specific products using the field in Step 7.)
2. Name*: Enter a name for the product feed as desired.
3. URL*: Enter the URL of your feed.
4. Based on feed*: Select a feed template (details of each template are provided in the next topic)
5. Affiliate tracking code(?af=): Enter your preferred affiliate tracking code. This code will appear in the order details, allowing you to monitor the affiliate orders.
6. Shipping country: If the shipping country is selected, the additional attribute "shipping" will be added to the feed with specified country, and shipping details of the products will appear as sub-attributes including:
- Country: the specified country which indicates where the products can be delivered to.
- Price: the shipping cost**** recheck
- Min_transit_time: the minimum number of days between when a product is handed off to a shipping carrier and when it's delivered to the customer. The period come from shipping class's processing time.
- Max_transit_time: the maximum number of days between when a product is handed off to a shipping carrier and when it's delivered to the customer. The period come from shipping class's processing time.

What does product feed contain?
Generally, product feeds contain product information or specifications. oneCORE provides several templates of feeds which each contains different essential product data based on each platform's guidelines. You can select the template of feeds in "Based on feed" option. The details of products attributes of each template are provided below:
